The Scientific Method
What Does the Scientific Method Have to Do with Baseball?
In this example I predicted that I would hit the middle of the net. Then my experiment is that I threw 10 balls to see how many I can get close to the middle. My observation was that I was close but not exactly the middle because there wasn't no target to aim at so was harder to hit the center. Has the results I had 8/10 or 4/5 or 80%.

Scientific method is a way to ask and answer scientific questions by making observations and doing experiments. The connection to baseball and the scientific method is before a game everyone asks question about the game we are going to play and the coach gives us an answer using predictions on how we did or other teams did against that team. Then we figure out the questions during the game by different situations that we have during the game or games we fast that team.
